Serbian Folk Dance Ensemble ‘'Boško Vujadin'’

The Society was created in 1994, as the only institution in East Sarajevo, which dealt with the culture and organization of programs. War, in 1993 on St. Nicholas Day 19th December in Kasindol, after held audition, drama group began its work, and then the responsible conducted the registration of new members of the Folk Dance Ensemble that consisted of over 100 members.

Folk Dance Ensemble ''Boško Vujadin'' got its name at the founding meeting 19.04.1994., and 04.07.1994 officially entered into Court Register.

Since 2000 to 2006, the Society was taking a break from work because of lack of financial resources and inadequate working conditions.

2010th year is an important milestone for Company's work, the number of members increases, Folk Band is formed, and with a help of townhall, Company's friends and our members' parents, the new costumes are purchased and new choreographies are set up. This resulted in the departure of Company on the first foreign tour where we had a very noticeable access with choreography ''Glamoc mute circuit''. The Company is also self-organizing Easter's and St. Nicholas concert with guests, and many notable performances on the councils of folklore in Republic of Serbian are remembered.
