27 years of promoting the richness of Chinese cultural heritage through the art of Chinese dance.

Chi-Ping Dance Group (CPDG) is a well-known non-profit organization founded in 1984 that aims to promote multiculturalism and the richness of Chinese heritage through Chinese dance. Over the years, CPDG has been involved in numerous multicultural events and governmental ceremonies throughout Canada and abroad.

BRIEF HISTORY

Chi-Ping Dance Group has hosted several public shows across Toronto and provided opportunities for young Canadians to better understand Chinese culture and enhance their performing skills through different performances in classical, folk and contemporary dance styles.

Misyon   
1. Promote the richness of Chinese cultural heritage through the art of Chinese dances.

2. Introduce Chinese dances as a means of promoting cultural exchange between people of different cultural backgrounds, which ultimately contributes to multiculturalism in Canada.

3. Provide high standard and quality dance education for all age groups, including children, youth and adults, taught by an up to date, knowledgeable and caring faculty.
